The Transaction Advisory Services practice is seeking Senior Associate to join a team-oriented, growing team. You will work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team to facilitate/lead buy-side and sell- side related engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for Private Equity, Venture Capital, corporate, and family-owned businesses.
• Analyze financial statements, revenue trends, profitability, EBITDA, working capital, cash flows, and key business drivers.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings (Qo E) reports and identify non-recurring items, accounting adjustments,



and transaction-related risks.
• Evaluate historical and projected financial performance to support acquisition, investment, and financing decisions.
• Identify key financial, operational, and commercial risks and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, transaction reports, and management presentations for deal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, private equity investors, legal advisors, and senior management throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support M&A; transactions, business acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments.
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.
