We are hiring Looking for a Creative Operations Manager based in Chennai (Kodambakkam & surrounding areas) to handle workflow and execution for our established creative production house.
If you are a proactive problem solver who loves keeping things organized and wants to work hand-in-hand with the Founder to run our day-to-day operations across both our Indian and Singaporean markets, let’s talk.

What You Will Own:
•Enquiry & Client Management: Handle incoming international and domestic inquiries, consult with the Founder to map out budgets, prepare quotations/proposals, and manage professional email communication.
•Client Billing & Payment Collection: Take charge of record management, preparing invoices, and handling diligent payment follow-ups.
•Onsite Coordination: Manage crew logistics and timelines on our Chennai shoot sets. Enforce technical safeguards like instant data backups and memory card changeovers.
•Workflow Management: Keep our cross-border post-production calendar moving like clockwork.



Track deliverables and proactively prep files so our editors are never sitting idle.
Skills & Qualifications We Need:
•Location: Based in Chennai (ideally near Kodambakkam) for quick access to sets and syncs.
•Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers from Viscom, media production, or event management who want to work with an established team are highly welcome
•Core Skills: Positive communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency (Excel/Word for tracking records).
