What You'll Do
• Build and execute SEO strategies across client websites and digital properties.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, SERP research, and content opportunity mapping.
• Improve visibility across Google Search, Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and other answer-driven search experiences.
• Develop topical authority frameworks, content clusters, and internal linking strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, website, and strategy teams to drive organic growth.




• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and page performance.
• Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search environments.
• Track rankings, traffic, visibility, and business impact through reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities that improve lead quality, discoverability, and long-term organic growth.
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience independently managing SEO strategy and execution.
• Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Search Console.
• Experience improving rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• Understanding of AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, and Zero-Click Search.
• Ability to translate search insights into actionable recommendations.
