Solino Home is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across digital and D2 C channels. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of marketing experience in a D2 C environment, strong expertise in digital-first brand building, and a passion for home decor, design, and premium lifestyle brands.
This role will drive brand strategy, campaign execution, consumer insights, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with product, design, and e-commerce teams to scale Solino Home’s presence in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
Lead the development and execution of annual brand and marketing strategies aligned with Solino Home’s D2 C growth objectives.
Strengthen the brand’s positioning as a premium design-led home furnishings brand focused on quality, craftsmanship, and lifestyle inspiration.
Identify consumer insights, design trends, and home décor market opportunities to guide marketing initiatives.
Drive brand consistency across digital touchpoints, marketplaces, and social platforms.




Digital Marketing & Campaign Leadership
Plan and execute digital-first marketing campaigns across performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and content channels.
Manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies to produce high-impact campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics.
Optimize campaigns using performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Product Marketing & Customer Experience
Partner with product, design, and sourcing teams to support current product development and launches.
Drive product storytelling, merchandising strategies, and lifestyle-led brand communication.
Enhance the online shopping experience through compelling product content, imagery, and brand narratives.
