Role Overview
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the finance function at The Kari Ghars. This is a hands-on role involving financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, and process building.




You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, bring structure to finance operations, and improve overall business efficiency in a project-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
Drive accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Close books within defined timelines for month-end and year-end
Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Track project-level costs, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities
Manage working capital including receivables, payables, and cash flow planning
Ensure end-to-end compliance with:
Direct Taxation: Income Tax, TDS, assessments, and notices
Indirect Taxation: GST filings (
