Role Description Role: Brand Partnerships & Growth Manager Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Noida Sector 135 (Work From Office) Industry Preference: Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, Wellness, D2 C Brands, Events, Influencer Marketing, Consumer Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strategic partnerships with beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, retail, and corporate brands.
Drive revenue and customer acquisition through collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns.
Execute partnership-led marketing campaigns, events, activations, and influencer collaborations.



Identify recent growth opportunities and maintain long-term partner relationships.
Track campaign performance and ensure measurable business impact.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, Growth Marketing, or related functions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in handling brand collaborations and partnership closures.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional.
Prior exposure to beauty, fashion, wellness, events, or consumer brands will be preferred.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and experience using Analytics tools to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and inform decision-making.
