Grand Manor Suites is a 21-room boutique hotel in Attapur, Hyderabad, expanding from a wedding and-events property into the corporate hospitality segment. We are hiring one senior, hands-on leader to run this property end to end — and help us grow it.
This is a dual-mandate role: equal parts Operations Manager and Corporate Sales Executive.
It is not a desk role. It demands presence on the floor in the morning, in client meetings in the afternoon, and managing reception and housekeeping through the evening.
WE ARE OPEN TO TWO CANDIDATE BACKGROUNDS
→ Hospitality (6–10 years) — senior operations experience in a mid-scale or boutique hotel, with proven management of front desk, housekeeping, and F& B teams
→ Corporate B2 B Sales (6–10 years) — proven corporate client acquisition in hospitality, travel, real estate, or services, with comfort in client meetings and rate negotiations
A blended profile is preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Full operations of 21 rooms — cleanliness, presentation, setup, readiness standards at all times




• Breakfast and F& B coordination with cloud kitchen vendors
• Front desk management — shift rosters, reception staff, check-in
and check-out protocols
• Staff management — hiring, training, accountability, discipline
• Guest experience — full journey from arrival to checkout
• Corporate client acquisition — visits, site tours, MOUs, and
preferred-vendor agreements with HR and Admin teams
• Onboarding the property to corporate platforms — Make My Trip for Business, Yatra Corporate, for Business, FCM Travel, HRS
• Monthly reporting to management on operations and sales
PROBATION
5 to 6 months with structured milestone reviews at Month 2, Month 4, and Month 6. Confirmation of employment and incentive eligibility are subject to satisfactory performance against measurable KPIs covering occupancy, MOUs signed, guest satisfaction, and operational standards.
COMPENSATION
Fixed monthly salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 based on experience.
