We're looking for a Production Executive who can manage video projects from concept to completion, coordinate seamlessly with creative teams, and ensure every piece of content is delivered with excellence.
What You'll Do
Bring Ideas to Life
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to develop engaging video concepts. Support script development, storyboarding, and production planning. Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans. Own the Production Process
Plan and coordinate shoots, including locations, talent, equipment, and logistics. Manage on-ground production activities and ensure smooth shoot execution. Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content. Drive Post-Production Excellence
Coordinate video editing, color grading, sound design,



and motion graphics requirements. Ensure content meets brand guidelines, creative expectations, and platform-specific best practices. Manage feedback, revisions, and final delivery timelines. Create Content for the Digital World
Support the production of content across Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Adapt video formats and assets to maximize platform performance and audience engagement. Stay updated on the latest content trends, storytelling formats, and production techniques. Keep Projects Running Smoothly
Manage production schedules, timelines, and project trackers. Maintain organized media libraries, footage archives, and production documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and freelancers as needed. What We're Looking For
