What you'll do
Design static posts, carousels, and story graphics in line with our brand identity Edit Reels and short-form videos (product, behind-the-scenes, founder-led, UGC) Shoot and capture content in-studio when needed Turn briefs and raw footage into polished, on-brand assets Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats that suit our audience of new parents What we're looking for
1 to 3 years in social media design and video editing Robust skills in editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) A sharp eye for layout, typography, and colour Ability to work fast, juggle multiple briefs, and meet deadlines Bonus: photography skills and an interest in kids, craft, or lifestyle brands
