Responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's digital marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Establish and scale the digital marketing function in India, including team structure, processes, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems. Lead customer acquisition initiatives across organic and paid channels, ensuring measurable growth and ROI. Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying, implementing, and optimizing marketing technologies and automation platforms. Oversee SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing,



and growth programs across multiple business units and clients. Develop marketing measurement frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting mechanisms to support strategic decision-making. Manage digital marketing budgets, resource allocation, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing digital marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals. Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance digital marketing capabilities and competitive positioning. Requirements
