Parman is looking for an Ecommerce & Merchandising Manager to own the commercial performance of our digital storefront.
This role is for someone who understands how a DTC website actually sells. Not just how it looks, but how customers move, browse, hesitate, add to cart, abandon, return, and buy again.
You will sit at the intersection of ecommerce, merchandising, analytics, retention, and Shopify execution. Your job is to turn traffic into revenue.
Experience in jewellery, fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or other premium DTC brands would be a strong advantage. What You'll Own Ecommerce Performance
Own website revenue, conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, and repeat purchase growth Identify revenue opportunities across the website Improve the customer journey from homepage to checkout Build a clear ecommerce roadmap for growth Website Experience & CRO Analyse Shopify, GA4, heatmaps,



and session recordings Identify drop-offs, friction points, and conversion gaps Improve homepage, collection pages, product pages, landing pages, and checkout flow Prioritise CRO experiments and website improvements Ecommerce Merchandising Decide product visibility across homepage, collections, and campaigns Improve product discoverability and collection ordering Recommend bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and seasonal merchandising Use data to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and category opportunities Analytics & Reporting Create weekly and monthly ecommerce performance reports Analyse product-wise, collection-wise, category-wise, and site-wise performance Track revenue, conversion, AOV, funnel performance, customer behaviour, and retention Share transparent insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions Retention Strategy Build strategy for loyalty, Whats App, email, and repeat purchase journeys Identify ways to increase custo
