Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through market outreach and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective clients Negotiate terms and finalize deals,
ensuring smooth and successful closures Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives Mentor and manage team members to drive performance and achieve targets Required Skills & Qualifications:
