CTC: Rs. 32 to Rs. 34 lacs p.a.
Primary Task:
✓ As the Head of Marketing for an innovative and premium Restaurant Chain, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand image, drive revenue
growth, and ensure a robust market presence.
✓ This leadership position demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in hospitality
marketing, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.
✓ Leveraging local market insights and digital platforms to engage with the Indian consumer base.
Duties & Responsibilities:
✓ Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in the
hospitality industry.
o Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social
media, and events, to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
o Media and database buying at the correct rates.
o Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business
objectives.




o Implement robust analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
o Basic knowledge of AI in the marketing perspective for driving analytics.
o Provide regular reports and insights to management, demonstrating the impact of
marketing efforts on business outcomes.
o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to
adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
o Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and
development.
o Devise and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality leads for venue
bookings and catering services.
o Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships,
and events, to generate leads from the desired demographic.
