Role Description The Social Media Manager (Meta) will manage and grow Loan Didi's presence across Meta and Google platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whats App, You Tube and related channels) in alignment with brand and business goals.



This full-time, in office role based in Raipur involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, running and refining paid campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication of product updates and offers. The Social Media Manager will also engage with the online community, respond to queries, track trends in digital lending and fintech, and regularly report insights and recommendations to management.
