Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities include resolving product or service queries, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams. The role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback, support current feature rollouts, and help improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience. Ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Proven ability to handle multiple inquiries s
