About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Process Engineer / Lead Global Services Engineer to serve as a technical authority across the full project lifecycle—from process design and engineering through commissioning, startup, and plant operations.
This unique role combines:
Process Engineering
Plant Operations & Troubleshooting
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Technical Leadership
Global Project Delivery
Key Responsibilities
Lead process design activities including PFDs, P& IDs, HMBs, equipment specifications, and process optimization.
Support commissioning, startup, performance testing, and operational troubleshooting at project sites.
Act as the technical authority for process performance,



safety, and operational excellence.
Interface with EPC contractors, vendors, customers, and global project teams.
Deliver technical training and support to customers and plant personnel.
Drive continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies into commercial operations.
Mentor engineers and contribute to building a culture of technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
10+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, industrial operations, biotechnology, fermentation, gas processing, or related industries
Experience with engineering package development, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of industrial plants
Knowledge of Aspen, CHEMCAD, process control systems, and engineering documentation
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
