The Role
This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of AI, Software Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
As an AI Engineer / FDSE, you will work directly with customers to understand their business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, build production-grade applications, and drive successful deployments. You will serve as both a hands-on engineer and a trusted technical advisor, helping customers unlock value from AI while influencing the evolution of the product itself.
This role is ideal for builders who enjoy moving between architecture discussions,



customer interactions, rapid prototyping, and shipping production-ready software.
What You'll Do
Partner with enterprise customers to understand business processes, workflows, and technical requirements. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agents, retrieval systems, and enterprise data. Develop production-grade software, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation pipelines. Lead technical deployments from proof-of-concept through production rollout. Build custom solutions and prototypes that accelerate customer adoption and success. Troubleshoot complex issues across AI models, infrastructure, integrations, and application layers. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable product cap
