We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager who has worked extensively in influencer marketing agencies, creator management companies, talent agencies, or brand-side influencer marketing teams.
Only candidates with hands-on influencer marketing experience in agency will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Understand client objectives and create creator-led strategies that deliver measurable results.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot challenges proactively.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines,



and usage rights.
Maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Recommend the right influencers based on campaign objectives and audience fit.
Develop creative content approaches and integration ideas.
Coordinate with clients, creators, talent managers, and internal teams.
Ensure content quality, brand compliance, and timely execution.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and recommendations.
Use campaign learnings to improve future executions.
Business & Client Management
Participate in client meetings and campaign planning discussions.
Assist in creating influencer marketing proposals and media plans.
Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
