Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing budget forecasts. In addition, the role entails auditing financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in financial reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as knowledge of accounting principles and standards Experience with tax preparation, tax compliance, and regulatory filings Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a agile environment Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is an advantage
