THE ROLE
We're looking for an E-Commerce Manager to own the growth and marketing operations of our online business. This is a hands-on role — you'll plan and execute product launches, run retention and Whats App campaigns, coordinate with our marketing partners, and keep a close eye on performance across the funnel on Meta and Google.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Launch Planning




— Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product and collection launches — from timelines and channel planning to briefing creative and tracking post-launch performance
— Coordinate across teams to ensure launches are on time, on brand, and followed up with clear performance reviews
Campaign Management
— Own marketing campaigns end to end — segmentation, scheduling, copy direction, and performance tracking
— Build and manage a campaign calendar across retention channels, balancing promotions, product storytelling, and brand communication
Marketing Partner Coordination
— Be the day-to-day point of contact for external marketing partners
— Receive performance audit inputs and ensure all actionables are tracked, assigned, and closed on time
— Brief designers with clear direction tied to campaign and launch requirements
Social Media Strategy
— Work closely with our social media strategist to align organic content with launch windows and campaign moments
— Use social performance data to inform broader marketing decisions
