We're Hiring | Open Source Plugin Manager (Database Engines – Open Source)

Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap,



delivery, and reliability of open-source database engine integrations (Postgre SQL, My SQL, and future engines).
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and DBAs while driving technical excellence.
Build and automate provisioning, replication-based HA, failover, backup & restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
Drive database lifecycle automation including patching, version upgrades, scaling, and extension management.
Optimize database performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and SRE teams to deliver scalable customer-facing capabilities.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 8+ years of experience in Database Engineering, DBA, or Platform Engineering.
✔️ 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in Postgre SQL and/or My SQL.
✔️ Experience with Replication, HA, Failover, Backup/Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Upgr
