About the Role
Sreelakshmi Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Hardware Support Executive to support and maintain the organization's IT and infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking, hardware, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repair and maintenance of solar, electrical, and related systems under administrative supervision. Coordinate CCTV installation, maintenance, and servicing with the system administration team. Handle AMC and maintenance activities for UPS systems and air conditioners.



Maintain and support air conditioning systems, including new installations and servicing. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company requirements. Oversee IPBX intercom installation and maintenance activities. Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity across office locations. Support new infrastructure installations and routine maintenance activities. Required Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Hardware, Networking, Electronics, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, CCTV, UPS, and electrical systems. Willingness to travel to different project locations. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
