About the Role
Maverick Simulation Solutions Limited is seeking a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to
support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, fundraising initiatives, and IPO
related activities. This role offers extensive exposure to corporate law, securities regulations,
capital market transactions, and strategic business initiatives, making it an excellent
opportunity for professionals looking to build expertise in secretarial and legal compliances.
Eligibility Criteria
• Cleared at least two groups of the CS Qualified Programme conducted by the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Candidates awaiting results of one Professional Programme group may also be
considered.
• 2-3 year of relevant experience, excluding articleship, internship, or practical
training.
• Candidates pursuing LLB will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Corporate & Secretarial Compliances
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, applicable rules, and Secretarial
Standards (SS-1 & SS-2).




• Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, disclosures, and reports with MCA, ROC,
and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes books, and corporate documentation.
• Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, minutes, and supporting documents for Board
Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary
General Meetings (EGMs).
• Manage compliances applicable to Unlisted Public Companies and support corporate
governance initiatives.
IPO, Fundraising & Capital Market Activities
• Assist in IPO-related activities, regulatory filings, documentation, and compliance
requirements.
• Support preparation and review of DRHP, RHP, Prospectus, and other offer-related
documents.
• Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, depositories,
and other intermediaries.
