What You'll Do:
Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, retention, and growth Conduct QBRs, customer reviews, workshops, and strategic engagement meetings Build customer success plans aligned with business goals and KPIs Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams Develop Go-to-Green strategies for at-risk accounts Monitor adoption trends, health scores, and customer usage patterns Drive customer enablement,



product adoption, and ROI realization Maintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM tools Analyze customer health and engagement metrics Identify churn risks proactively and execute mitigation plans Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities Partner with Strategic Client Executives for account growth What We're Looking For:
