My Digital Shelf is a global B2 B media and events company focused on FMCG, retail, and e Commerce. We host high-level, closed-door summits across the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe, bringing together senior leaders from brands and retailers.
Our events are intentionally intimate (~150 attendees), with over 70% of attendees from CPG brands and retailers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of marketing across our global event portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving:
Event attendance (CPG & retail leaders) Sponsorship pipeline support Brand positioning and growth You will lead marketing strategy end-to-end while also being hands-on in execution, managing a small team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Ownership




Own the full marketing strategy across all global events Plan and execute campaigns to hit attendance and revenue targets Define positioning, messaging, and audience targeting for each event Campaign Execution (Multi-Channel)
Oversee and optimise: Email marketing (newsletters, cold outreach, campaigns) Linked In organic + paid campaigns Website content and SEO Content and promotional assets Continuously improve performance across channels (open rates, CTR, conversions) Database & Growth
Own and evolve the CRM/database strategy Drive list growth, segmentation, and targeting Improve data quality and campaign performance Team Leadership & Operations
Manage and develop the marketing team Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership Oversee freelancers, agencies, and external partners Bring structure, accountability, and pace to execution Copywriting & Messaging
Own the tone of voice across all communicatio
