A leading Auto Components manufacturer is looking for an Investor Relations manager for Pune location.
Core Responsibilities
Shareholder Communication: Draft and distribute investor presentations, quarterly earnings scripts, press releases, and annual reports.
Investor Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and retail shareholders. Coordinate roadshows, investment conferences, and annual general meetings.
Financial Analysis & Modeling: Interpret complex financial data to assess share price performance and build financial models to support strategic decisions.
Market Intelligence: Monitor analyst sentiment, conduct peer-set analysis, and provide senior leadership with regular reports on market reactions and shareholder feedback.
Compliance & Reporting: Collaborate with finance, accounting,
and legal teams to ensure that all disclosures and regulatory filings are accurate and compliant
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in finance, business, or accounting. An CA/CFA is highly preferred.
Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Hard Skills: Advanced financial analysis, proficiency in financial modeling, and familiarity with IR tools.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, diplomatic stakeholder management, and solid presentation abilities
CTC offered - Upto Rs 30 lakh (depending on the candidate's relevant experience)
