We're looking for a culturally aware and highly organized Music Manager who lives and breathes music.
You will be responsible for shaping how audiences discover and engage with music by curating playlists, identifying trends early, and building listening experiences that resonate across genres, moods, and languages. Responsibilities
Curate and manage playlists across multiple languages, genres, moods, and audience segments Track music trends, emerging artists, and cultural moments to enhance music discovery Analyze playlist performance and listener behavior to optimize engagement and growth Collaborate with artists, labels, distributors,



and internal teams to support music campaigns and releases Build editorial strategies that improve playlist quality, discoverability, and audience retention Requirements 3–5 years of experience in the music industry, music streaming, media, or playlist curation Strong understanding of Indian and international music across genres and cultures Hands-on experience curating playlists and building music listening experiences Comfortable working with data, insights, and performance reporting Excellent communication and relationship-management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for music, culture, and audience behavior Preferred Experience working with music labels, artists, distributors, or streaming platforms Familiarity with music analytics and industry tools Knowledge of multiple Indian languages is an advantage What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading artists, labels, and music campaigns Medical Insurance Gym Membership 7-Day Christmas Break (in addition to regu
