Channel Manager – Cross Sell (Secured & Rural Products) will drive end-to-end execution and performance of cross-sell across physical distribution channels.
This role will be responsible for maximizing disbursements, improving conversion, and driving productivity for secured lending (e.g., LAP, HL, Gold Loan, etc.) and rural-focused products through channels such as telecalling, branches, field sales, and inbound contact centers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Cross-Sell Ownership (Secured & Rural Products)
Own Cross-Sell disbursement targets for:
Secured lending products (e.g., LAP, HL, Gold Loan, etc.)
Rural-focused lending products
Drive cross-sell penetration for Secured + Rural lending products within the existing customer base
Ensure strong alignment with cross-sell product strategy and GTM plans
2. Channel Execution Across different Physical channels
Drive execution across:
Telecalling teams (outbound & assisted sales)
Branch Operations Team (doing Sales while Servicing the Customers)
Field sales / feet-on-street teams
Inbound contact center
Translate campaigns into clear,
actionable plans for each channel
3. Lead Funnel & Allocation Management
Own the lead lifecycle across physical channels:
Lead allocation logic (which channel gets what leads)
Prioritization of high-propensity customers
Minimizing lead leakage and duplication
Ensure optimal utilization of high-intent leads
4. Performance Management & Governance
Track and drive:
Leads → Login → Approval → Disbursement funnel
Daily productivity of agents / branches
Conversion rates by product and channel
Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with channel stakeholders
5. Sales Enablement & Capability Building
Work with training teams to:
Develop product-specific pitch (secured & rural nuances)
Improve objection handling (collateral, documentation, pricing concerns)
Ensure readiness of teams for recent campaigns / product variants
6. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with:
Cross Sell Product Team
