Responsibilities:
In this intermediate role, you will be responsible for solving a range of problems and analyzing possible solutions with moderate guidance and direction. You will provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information clearly. This role requires creativity, passion, and a customer-focused mindset to succeed.
- Develop and execute product strategies for Experiences, including theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align, frame, and deliver the strategic vision.
- Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, and test cases.
- Utilize guest research, focus groups, and behavioral analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure appropriate approval for new features from financial, legal, privacy, and security teams.
- Provide informal guidance to current team members and explain complex information clearly.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies to guide priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
