Role Objective:
A key objective of this role is to owns the integrity of the books of account from day-to-day accounting operations through to the finalization of accounts and drives the consolidation of financial statements and balance sheets across the multiple global entities of the Group.
The role drives end-to-end accounting operations, finalization of accounts, consolidation across multiple entities, audit readiness, statutory compliance, manufacturing and inventory accounting controls, and finance process improvement. The incumbent is expected to partner with business and plant stakeholders to strengthen financial discipline, control, and transparency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Additional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
6–8+ years of experience in the Finance & Accounts function, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations.
Solid hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, banking, and system-driven controls.




Demonstrated experience in finalization of accounts and consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
Good exposure to statutory and internal audit coordination, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards and statutory frameworks, including GST, TDS, income tax, and related regulatory filings.
Experience in leading teams, strengthening internal controls, and driving ERP-enabled process improvements or automation initiatives.
