Strategic Public Relations & Media Powerhouse:
Narrative Ownership : Craft and execute a 360-degree PR strategy that positions Aviva India as a thought leader in the insurance and financial services sector as the brand that stands tall on health and wellness.
Media Diplomacy : Carrying deep-rooted relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers to secure high-value earned media for array of activities such as recent product launches, technology, Aviva’s heritage and our key promises as India’s trusted life insurance brand, etc.
Agency Leadership : Manage and mentor PR agency partners, ensuring they operate as a seamless extension of our team with a focus on ROI and strategic alignment.
Internal Communications & Cultural Transformation:
Employee Engagement : Design and lead large-scale internal communication campaigns that go beyond newsletters—creating experiences that align our workforce with Aviva’s mission.
Executive Voice : Partner with Aviva’s Leadership team to refine their internal personas, public appearances,



drafting leadership blogs, and strategic updates.
Crisis Management & Brand Resilience:
Shield the Brand : Act as the first responder and lead strategist during sensitive situations. You will develop crisis protocols, manage reactive messaging, and ensure the brand’s integrity remains unblemished.
Stakeholder Trust : Build and maintain confidence among policyholders, regulators, and partners through transparent and timely communication.
Stakeholder Management & Executive Presence:
CXO Partnership : Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all matters of public perception. You will prep them for media interactions, high-stakes panels, and industry forums.
Corporate Presentations : Take ownership of crafting high-impact corporate presentations for the Board, investors, and key partners. You must be able to translate complex data into a compelling visual and verbal narrative that builds
