Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. In this position, the team member will plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and other paid media platforms. The role includes defining campaign objectives, setting budgets, building audiences, and optimizing bids, creatives,



and landing pages to meet performance targets. The Performance Marketing Manager will monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and generate regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. This role also involves collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to test new ideas, implement A/B experiments, refine user journeys, and identify growth opportunities. The team member will stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
