Generate and qualify prospective leads through various marketing and business development channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely progression through the sales funnel. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct project site visits for prospective clients. Deliver compelling project presentations and effectively communicate product offerings, features, and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions. Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally to facilitate successful conversions. Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring a superior customer experience. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets in line with organizational objectives. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
