The Team Leader – PRO will be responsible for leading and managing the PRO team while driving referral generation, relationship management, business development activities, and brand visibility across the assigned territory. The role involves developing solid relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to increase patient referrals and achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the PRO team.
- Allocate territories and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular field reviews, training sessions,



and performance evaluations.
- Guide team members on relationship-building and market development strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting and activity tracking by the team.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Strengthen existing referral networks to increase patient inflow.
- Coordinate and conduct doctors' meets, CMEs, awareness programs, and networking events.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Plan and execute camps, community outreach programs, CSR initiatives, and center-level promotional activities.
- Represent Progenesis IVF at healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Increase brand visibility and market penetration in the assigned region.
