About the Role
This is a growth-focused opportunity for an experienced Marketplace Specialist to join a dynamic e-commerce team. You will own and optimise our marketplace presence across multiple platforms, working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to drive revenue, improve visibility, and scale listings strategically.
This is NOT a maintenance role — it is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and wants to build something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Manage daily marketplace operations across Amazon and other assigned channels Monitor account health, suppressed listings, unpublished items, stranded inventory and pricing issues Resolve listing errors, catalogue issues, content gaps and marketplace compliance warnings Upload new products, update existing listings and manage marketplace templates or bulk files Maintain trackers for listing issues, content updates, promotions, advertising and pending tasks Content & SEO Optimisation
Optimise product titles, bullet points,



descriptions, backend keywords, images and attributes Improve marketplace SEO, listing quality and product discoverability Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks including ASIN updates, variation management, buy box monitoring and listing quality improvements Pricing & Promotions
Monitor pricing competitiveness, repricing activity and pricing alerts Flag pricing conflicts, MAP concerns or unprofitable pricing before making changes Create and monitor deals, coupons, promotions and sale events Advertising & Reporting
Support Amazon advertising campaigns and track ACOS, ROAS, spend, clicks and conversions Prepare weekly and monthly marketplace reports using Excel Use Excel for sales analysis, SKU tracking, bulk updates, pivot tables, formulas and data cleanup Escalate urgent issues to the e-commerce team with clear details and recommended next steps Must-Have Requirements
