Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Bengaluru for a Music Teacher specializing in Guitar, Western Vocal, Drums, Violin, and/or Piano, with proficiency in at least two instruments preferred. The Music Teacher will plan and deliver engaging individual and group lessons, focusing on both technical skills and musical expression.



Responsibilities include designing lesson plans and practice schedules, preparing students for recitals, assessments, and live performances, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous progress. The teacher will maintain accurate student records, collaborate with the academic team on curriculum and events, and contribute to workshops, ensemble sessions, and other academy activities. The role also involves fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment that inspires students of different ages and skill levels. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Music Theory and general Music knowledge, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different levels. Proven Music Performance skills on at least two of the following: Guitar, Western Vocal, Drums, Violin, Piano.
