: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manage r with expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofin g. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple structural repair/rehabilitation projects simultaneously
Directly report to the Proprietor on project status and progress
Coordinate effectively wit h clients, vendors, contractors, and labor teams
Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
Prepare and presen t daily progress repor ts and updates




Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets
Resolve in office issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing
Excelle nt communication skills in Engl ish (written & verbal)
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Stro ng problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project coordination and stakeholder management
Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India project locations
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience in handling large-scale or multiple ongoing projects
Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently
Strong leadership and team management abilities
