Qualification Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
● Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing (Digital) is must.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Google Ads, Meta, Analytical tools, CRM tools, etc.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and derive actionable insights for optimisation.




● Robust task management and task prioritisation skills – ability to manage multiple deadlines seamlessly.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in performance marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:
