At Revenue Gear, we call our Customer Success team the Value Promise Team because their primary responsibility is ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from our platform.
This is a highly operational role that sits at the intersection of customer success, operations, and technology. You will work directly with customers, help them adopt the platform, set up operational processes, and ensure they continuously discover value from Revenue Gear.
This is not a support role. You will become a trusted partner to customers and play a key role in customer retention, adoption, and growth. What You'll Do
Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews Help customers adopt and use Revenue Gear effectively Track customer goals and ensure value realization Assist with onboarding new customers Configure and set up technology systems required by customers Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Monitor customer health and identify risks proactively Support operational workflows and customer-facing processes Document customer feedback and recommend improvements Help customers derive actionable insights from Revenue Gear reports and dashboards What We're Looking For Fluent spoken and written Tamil and English (Mandatory) Hindi is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills High ownership and willingness to take responsibility Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with customers regularly Curious about technology and business operations Able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment Interest in customer success, operations, consulting, or ac
