About The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounting function at a flagship Luxury Hotel in Pune.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Finance will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, maximizing profitability, and providing strategic guidance to the leadership team. The role requires a commercially astute finance leader with solid hospitality experience and the ability to partner with operations to achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies,



and procedures that support the hotel's business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial direction to the Executive Committee and General Manager.
- Drive profitability initiatives while ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and business plans.
- Develop accurate forecasts and monitor financial performance against established targets.
- Partner with departmental leaders to create and manage departmental budgets.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and cost controls across all hotel functions.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to hotel leadership and corporate stakeholders.
