Role Overview:
The Director of school organizes, directs, evaluates, and supervises the teaching staff and takes appropriate decisions to improve the teaching, learning and research activities in a school. The Director provides instructional leadership, develops and implements curriculum and detailed teaching plans for the academic programs. He/she reports to the VC and the Dean as the case may be. He/she has the following duties and responsibilities.
To monitor the faculty and student attendance, day-to-day activities of the school, and to maintain discipline in the school.



To work in tandem with the HOD, Academic coordinators, Course Coordinators, Program Chairs and Teachers to improve the teaching and learning processes. To prepare the academic calendar of the School, integrating the events, Exams, and Occasions in consultation with the Registrar, Registrar Evaluation, and Dean. To plan and execute regular faculty meetings, orientations, training programs, faculty development programs, and workshops. To support and participate in School and community-related activities. To plan the budget, and schedule the resources for School and community-related activities. To coordinate with the Academic departments in sharing faculty and other educational and instructional ideas and activities. To develop educational processes, interactive educational programs, and policies to meet the curriculum goals. To manage faculty resources, administrative staff members and other resourc
