WE'RE HIRING | STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Engineer
Project Location: Sri Lanka
Join our team and contribute to the productive operation and management of wastewater treatment systems. We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience and practical expertise in STP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and maintain Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Monitor plant performance and prepare operational reports
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and facility teams
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering field
• Proven practical expertise in STP/WTP operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of pumps, blowers, filtration systems, and treatment processes
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
