Qualification
B. E. / B. Tech or equivalent
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Robust knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality control processes is preferred.

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager – QMS & QC for the implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001 system and Quality Control processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and ensure overall compliance. Conduct internal audits, support external audits, manage documentation, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Inspect incoming materials,
production activities, and dispatches to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Develop and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, reports, and records while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with suppliers, production, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational efficiency. Register, aggregate, and analyze customer feedback and complaints for corrective and preventive actions. Analyze quality data and conduct root cause analysis. Impart employee training on QMS practices and support certification and compliance activities.
