At One Three Marketing, we help fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands tell stories people actually want to stop and watch. Instagram is our playground, and we're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and a love for thoughtful, aesthetic storytelling. What you'll do
• Design static posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives for Instagram and other digital platforms
• Create simple motion graphics and animations to bring content to life
• Collaborate closely with the content and strategy team to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Participate in moodboarding, visual research and creative ideation
• Stay updated with design, fashion and social media trends
• Ensure every piece of content feels elevated, intentional and on-brand What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, beauty or luxury lifestyle brands




• A strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with the luxury market and an understanding of premium brand communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of animation and motion design
• Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Bonus points if you
• Are a graduate from a fashion or design institute
• Have worked with luxury fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands
• Have a keen interest in culture, trends and visual storytelling
