We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of visual storytelling, social media trends, transitions, music, pacing, and short-form content editing.
You will work closely with the content and social media team to create engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit reels, short-form videos, product videos, UGC-style content, and ad creatives.
- Add transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Ensure videos are aligned with brand style and social media trends.
- Assist in creating video content for campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
- Organize raw footage, select the best clips, and create polished final edits.
- Coordinate with the content team for feedback and revisions.
- Stay updated with trending reels, editing styles, and platform-specific formats.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,
Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, VN, Edits or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and social media content formats.
- Creative eye for visuals, timing, music, and storytelling.
- Ability to work with deadlines and take feedback positively.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound editing is a plus.
- Prior internship, freelance, or personal portfolio work will be preferred.
