The Role
We're hiring a Branch Head to lead our admissions team and take complete ownership of Kakkanad Kochi Office — making sure every student moves smoothly from counseling through documentation, to visa approval. You'll be the senior decision-maker on the floor, driving both numbers and quality.
This is a leadership role for someone who genuinely loves closing, building strong teams, and getting students across the finish line.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and counseling team Own conversion end-to-end Oversee the full student journey.



Drive fast turnaround at the documentation stage and keep the pipeline moving Be the final decision-maker. Ensure quality and accuracy that protects visa approval rates Report directly to the Director on team performance and conversion metrics What We're Looking For
5+ years in overseas education / study-abroad consultancy Proven track record as a robust closer with high conversion rates Solid knowledge of Australia, UK, and NZ admissions and visa processes Experience leading and developing a team Strong command of documentation, SOP, and visa-filing requirements Excellent communication and people skills A results-driven mindset and the confidence to own outcomes
