We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces, with a robust focus on Q-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, including catalog management, listing optimization, inventory coordination, sales growth, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management
Manage and optimize product listings on Q-commerce Platforms Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes. Monitor seller performance metrics including ODR, cancellation rate, and shipment adherence. Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution. Plan and execute participation in major sale events and promotional campaigns. Catalog & Content Management Create and maintain product catalogs through bulk uploads and marketplace tools.



Optimize listings using marketplace SEO and keyword strategies. Ensure high-quality product images, content, and descriptions. Conduct competitor analysis and pricing benchmarking. Order & Inventory Management Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment planning. Manage returns, replacements, and customer escalations efficiently. Ensure compliance with marketplace service-level agreements (SLAs). Analytics & Reporting Track and report key business metrics including sales, conversion rates, returns, and customer engagement. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify growth opportunities through marketplace analytics and data-driven insights. Recommend strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 2–3 y
