This role is primarily responsible for Group Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Regulatory Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analytics , with additional responsibility for overseeing the financial reporting of the Asset Management business vertical.
Experience: 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Consolidated financial reporting -
Prepare consolidated financial statements of the group in compliance with applicable IND AS, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Manage quarterly SEBI LODR filings and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Drive closure of quarterly and annual statutory audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries and adherence to reporting timelines
Prepare monthly management dashboards providing insights on trends, variances, profitability and key business drivers.
Prepare quarterly presentations for Group CFO for presentation of financial statements to audit committee and board members.
Drive automation of MIS reporting, financial analytics, dashboards,



and reporting workflows.
Oversee group level-opex and ensure appropriate allocations of costs across business verticals.
Asset Management business vertical financial reporting –
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for the Asset Management business entities
Oversee management MIS reporting for the asset management business, providing insights to senior leadership
Monitor business KPIs including profitability, trends, AUM-linked metrics, cost structures etc
Prepare periodic business decks business review meetings
Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
Drive accurate and timely recognition of management fees and cost bookings
Qualification: CA
Functional Competencies:
Expertise in preparation of consolidated financial statements for a group in accordance with applicable IND AS
Knowledge of IND AS, SEBI LODR fi
