Connect with prospective home buyers through calls and understand their requirements.
Suggest suitable project options and do site visits accordingly.
Facilitate negotiations between customers and builders to ensure smooth deal closure.
Develop strong client relationships and generate referral opportunities.
Promote and cross-sell No Broker services to enhance overall customer experience.
Continuously nurture leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
