About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Product (Analytics) team. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Analytics, and Project Management, requiring an individual who can translate business requirements into product features, manage end-to-end product rollouts, drive analytics implementation, and work closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dashboarding, and stakeholder coordination. They will play a critical role in shaping product enhancements, ensuring seamless feature launches, and generating actionable insights from data.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Feature Development
- Gather, understand, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)



and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Work with product, technology, analytics, and business teams to define feature specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Drive the planning and execution of recent product features and enhancements.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and prioritize feature requirements based on business impact.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of new features before release.
- Ensure product functionality aligns with documented requirements and business objectives.
Project Management & Product Launches
- Manage end-to-end execution of feature and product launches across multiple products.
- Create and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports for product releases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Client Services.
